Terms and Conditions for Members

Welcome to MilitaryBeliever.com! By signing up on this site as a member you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Members on this site are defined as service members, or family members or friends of service members.

• As a member I voluntarily submit the information requested at MilitaryBeliever.com, hereafter referred to as MB. I understand that this information will be shared with MB affiliated ministries only for the purpose of connection on MB and not for use in outside marketing.  Affiliated ministries are Christian ministries and churches which are signed up to participate in MB. 
• MB is designed to serve members primarily and will match their indicated interests and location to the opportunities posted on the website by MB affiliated ministries, particularly those that provide a best match to the survey connected to the member’s profile.  Members are free to change or update their survey at any time. I understand that I will not be contacted by other MB members or affiliated ministries unless I send or receive a “friend” request or become a member of a particular affiliated ministry.   
• I understand that no MB affiliated ministry is to contact me directly outside of this venue for any reason unless I have developed the relationship elsewhere or through MB. I will notify the MB site administrators if for any reason I believe this has happened. MB is deliberate about creating an atmosphere on this website that will serve well the needs and interests of all members. All affiliated ministries on MB are approved by the site administrators and have been required to sign the MB Statement of Faith. For more details, see the MB Terms of Service. • If any contractual agreement is reached between the service member, family member or other user and a MB affiliated  ministry, the service member, family member or other user agrees for his or herself, heirs, executors or administrators, legal representatives, and assigns, to hereby release, waive, and discharge and hold harmless the founding ministries of MB, specifically Cadence International, Wycliffe Bible Translators, The Navigators, The Military Ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ International, the Military Missions Network, Military Community Youth Ministries/Club Beyond, Officers Christian Fellowship, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or damages resulting there from, on account of any injury to his or her person or injury to property, even injury resulting in death, while employed by, or traveling to or from the  MB affiliated  ministries or opportunities and events presented herein.
